How we handle the ordering process.
Your order will typically be filled within 24 hours after it is received.
Upon submission of your order your credit card will be authorized and charged for the full order amount.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. If an order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will typically be shipped the following business day.
After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email to verify your order was received.
Later you will receive a shipping confirmation email to verify the order has left our warehouse. If your order has shipped using a service that provides tracking the tracking number will be provided as well. Consult our shipping policies for more information.
If you do not receive an email from us with your order status or tracking number, please check your email spam folder as this is where they usually wind up. If your email service provides the ability to "whitelist" a particular domain please add aileronlabs.com to this list, preferably before placing an order.
If a product is available on our website it is in stock and available to order. You should not be able to place an order for a product that is out of stock as we don't typically accept backorders or conduct preorders.
However, in the unlikely event of a stock management error and your order cannot be fulfilled we will let you know via email and, at your option, backorder the product or provide a full refund.
Should you wish to cancel an order contact us as quickly as possible and provide the following information in your message:
Please note that once an order has shipped it is considered complete and cannot be cancelled. Consult our returns policy if you wish to return the package after it arrives.
At this time we do not sell outside the US. All orders destined for addresses outside the lower 48 states, Hawaii, and Alaska will be cancelled upon receipt.
