All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed. For more information on the status of your order while it is in transit to you please contact the carrierwith the tracking number we provide to you.

To reduce fraud we require an adult signature on all orders totalling $30 or more.

We are not responsible for charges associated with packages returned to us for any reason. You are strongly encouraged to verify the shipping address you provide to us during the ordering process to ensure that it is correct and represents a deliverable location.

We are not liable for packages sent via non-traceable shipping methods and will not provide refunds for missing packages.

We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

We offer different shipping methods and assign different shipping policies to each product. These are outlined on the product detail page. Please review the relevant policies (listed below) before purchasing.

Ships to US Domestic Addresses Only

Products with this shipping policy ship only to US addresses in the lower 48 states, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Products with this shipping policy ship only to US addresses in the lower 48 states, Hawaii, and Alaska, and Canada.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying any and all customs fees and/or import duties associated with the transaction.

All international shipments will be sent via a method that supports tracking so you will be able to monitor the progress of the shipment. However, due to potential delays outside of our control it is not possible for us to guarantee a particular delivery date, and as a result, we will not accept shipments returned to us simply because they were delivered beyond the date originally estimated by the carrier.

Free US Domestic Shipping

With this shipping policy Aileron Labs selects the carrier and timeframe for delivery, taking into account the size and cost of the product and the need for tracking.

Free US Domestic Shipping only applies to US addresses in the lower 48 states, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Depending on the service we select and your proximity to us your package will typically arrive in anywhere from 2-7 days after your order is placed. If you live close to NJ and if the timing is right (i.e. your order arrives early in the day and we are shipping that day) your package may arrive in as litle as one day.

Standard Domestic Shipping

This is the least costly shipping option, typically fulfilled with the US Postal Service (USPS).

Standard shipping is applicable only to orders whose total value is less than $250.

Ground Shipping

Ground service is the least expensive service that provides reliable real-time tracking. Ground service is only available in the US.

Expedited Shipping

This defines all services faster than Ground Shipping. We do not presently offer Expedited Shipping.
